One of the biggest states in the United States is not shy to have a great culture and many things for tourist to visit and do while in Texas. Texas has four major cities that have great attractions for tourist to check out, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. There are many major landmarks in Texas such as the Alamo, Apollo Mission Control Center, and Fort Sam Houston. Texas has 2 major league baseball teams, 3 NBA teams, and 2 NFL teams along with many smaller minor league teams. If it isn’t already obvious there are plenty of things to see and do in Texas that no other state offers. Texas is by far one the best state for tourist in the world with so much to do. So for those interested let’s take a trip down south and see what Texas has to offer for us folks.
One of the best qualities about Texas is the state is so large that there is so many spots to see. One thing you can’t go to Texas and miss is the world famous Alamo. During the Spanish American war, the Alamo was a key spot where many troops died protecting the Alamo from the Spanish forces. Through outmatch they stood strong and died and lost their life’s trying to fight off the Spanish forces. The Alamo is found in Austin Texas and is for the public to go and see any time.

Besides the Alamo, I would go to six flags over Texas which has one of the biggest rollercoasters in the world. The Texas giant is a rollercoaster that got its name for how long it last. It’s about a 5 minute ride on the Texas Giant because it’s extremely long. The other rollercoaster is the Titan that takes you up hundreds of feet in the air and drops you down extremely fast. The titan was ranked as one of the top 10 rollercoasters in America and is world renounced as one of the most fun, while is one of the scariest roller-coaster in the United States.
Texas has many sports teams to see if you interested in visiting some of the sports stadiums. The Dallas Cowboys Stadium is one the largest stadiums in the world. It can hold over 100,000 people at a time and has one of the biggest flat screen televisions right in the middle of the stadium hanging in the rafters. The stadium is found in Arlington Texas and is right next to the Texas Rangers stadium. A few other notable teams are last year’s NBA champion finals winners, the Dallas Mavericks. Houston and San Antonio all have sports teams themselves that can attract any tourist to watch their games. Cost is no matter as Texas has one the largest growing economics in the United States so things are found to be much less expensive in Texas. Taking a trip down south is never a bad thing, and with all the tourist spots Texas holds visiting is a top destination for any tourist.
